 At the risk of being beat up for being a nay-sayer... a non roller with a bad transmission that doesn't run is NOT a $7900 car.

 photos, and was unable to push the car back into the garage.
 It appears
 there is a brake issue (stuck parking brake perhaps), but it
 should still
 be able to be winched onto a trailer.
