<VV> Update regarding help with rt brake light

Obviously the turn signal 
had to be getting a ground somewhere.  Not sure where and don't really feel like 
putting in the effort to figure it out right now.

 It feeds thru the filaments of the bulbs that do have a ground!  And like the GEN / FAN  light...when + power is fed to both sides it goes out!
