<VV> Econo run, was space saver tire

When leaving the convention in Flagstaff in a rental car, headed for
Phoenix, I damn near rear ended a Corvair that I assumed was in the econ
run that was running at that time. The driver has apparently killed power
prior to the long downhill after the near crest. I was going about 75 and
the Corvair maybe was doing 40.

Silly tricks like that and the spare tires make me think that the econo run
should be eliminated from Corvair events. At the very least, keep the off
the freeway!
