an honor.  To date, there are 7 individuals who have received that honor.

We in Corvair Minnesota, on occasion, have awarded a life-time membership in 
Corvair Minnesota in recognition of an individual's contributions to the old 
car hobby and to the preservation and appreciation of the Corvair in 
particular.  We also award the recipient with another token of our 
appreciation - a personalized club jacket.  We will be having another award 
ceremony at our holiday/ dues party this coming January. John Herkenratt
