<VV> 1962 Monza Coupe Project

I just got a call from a lady named Jessica.  She needs to sell her project
car soon.  It is a 1962 Monza Coupe with a PowerGlide and factory AC.  The
motor is frozen, but she has a used 95 or 102hp motor that should run to
replace it.  The car sounds complete and the interior is mostly
disassembled.  The original color appears to be red.  I don't know the
interior color.  The car was last insured in 1982.  I am not familiar at all
with the car and the information I have was from my phone conversation with
her.  The car is located in Waskom, Texas which is near Shreveport,
