<VV> VV delivery/formatting

Hi folks,

Just a heads up, we did another upgrade this weekend.  The issue is that several major ISPs changed their e-mail handling and that broke VV and most other e-mail lists like it.  The Mailman developers have put out several updates in the last few weeks to handle the changes, but there are also config changes for the list itself to handle the new configuration.  It's closer, but I expect we'll be doing some more tuning to get it to work right again.  Meanwhile, if you run into issues, please send mail to vv-help at corvair.org describing the problem.
