<VV> VV> Rampside delivery

Yes, Espar and Webasto make auxiliary heaters for over-the-road truck sleepers, as well as heaters for autos in Europe. I've thought of getting one of those, but a quick inquiry indicated a price of $1,500 or more. A separate diesel tank might be worth it if I drove the Rampside a lot, but I don't and don't anticipate doing that.
Thanks for the idea, though.

Just a note to all that Joel is no longer looking for help moving this Rampside. He did not buy it. But interesting how this subject took a different direction. Now does anyone have an FC that did not come with a heater and still does not have a heater? I have never seen an FC that did not come with a heater.

I bought a diesel fired heater as it was a lot cheaper than a gas fired one. Then I hung a small chrome tank on the back of the cab for the diesel.

But the couple of times I brought "weird" stuff on airplanes I checked the bag and then forewarned the airline rep what I was bringing. May have put their minds at ease knowing what I was doing. And TSA did look at all my stuff (leaving their tape on my box).
