<VV> Glass replacements for plastic rear windows

My '69 Mercury Cougar convertible also had that type of rear glass. I thought it was a clever design, and it held up well to some bitter winters in early '70s Wisconsin.

One of you smart guys  need to come up with some flexible glass so we don't 
have this problem.   My top was down for 15 years and the window doesn't
