The third Corvair to show up in "Bring A Trailer" in the last week or so: 1965 Corsa Coupe (107375L106245), 140, 125k miles, advertised on eBay with no reserve:

Had to look up Valley Village; US 101/Ventura Freeway off Laurel Canyon Blvd, west of Burbank.  Hmmm...and conveniently located to Mulholland...
