Heart of Georgia Corvairs doesn't have a hand out, nor do we require CORSA membership, but we strongly encourage it.  In fact, we will pay for the first year of CORSA membership for any new club member who is not already a CORSA member.  Hopefully CORSA impresses them enough to renew.
