<VV> CORSA BOD/Membership

As a former CORSA two time BoD member, I have my own memories of being on
the BoD.  There were some good things and some not so good things that
happened when I was on the BoD.
 
We currently have three emails held for VV-Help to administrate on this
subject.  As the CORSA Virtual Chairman I have decided to approve all of
them.  After these, let's take this discussion orver to VV-talk.
