<VV> 140 PG swap complete - fuel tank filler pipe leak

I agree with the difficult but doable part.  I've never had to cut out any 
metal or move the tank ( but that could possibly make the job easier) in 
either 65 or 66.

Is the county mounty going to care if you are running it off of a gas can in 
the engine compartment?  Is he even going to look if the lid is down and it 
runs?
