I just looked at mine and it is a GearWrench Micrometer 1/4" torque 
wrench model 85050:

I found it to be reasonably priced, though one can find wrenches for a 
third the cost, but that were poorly rated and ones that I wouldn't 
trust. I've been happy with this wrench and the transaxle in my Saturn 
is still going strong.
