I saw these installed on a 64 Corvair years ago and as I recall the center simply rested against the differential with no bolts or clamps to secure it. The front EMPI compensator rested against the bottom of the front crossmember, but I don't recall if it was clamped in the center.

Bill, great pictures. It looks like it bolts to the a arms at the shock
mount holes, but what does it bolt to in the center?

Tim,

I just saw him tying to load a dilapidated rust bucket on a trailer. You
better close up shop now and head for the hills.

KIDDING,

We just got in last night. Drove our 66 all the way from Lexington, KY.
Joined up with Dave and Ina Keillor from Rochester, MN and made the trip
without incident. Miles and miles of cornfields finally gave way to some
of the most impressive scenery I have ever seen. The week is just getting
into full swing.

Matt Nall will likely be posting links from time to time with pictures. We
took plenty on the drive out, just need to get around to posting them
somewhere.
