Left Florida June 30. Destinations Dallas (RIP CLAY WISPELL) Las Vegas  Reno Nevada and Redding California. Everything was fine with the rampside until Thursday 7/17 when a rock hit the windshield going to Shasta Dam in northern California. 

Saturday in Chehalis Washington lost the driver side wheel bearing identified by the smoke from the tire against the fender. Earlier, we drove the  the top of Mt Hood and down.  Whew - we were yards from an exit and Dan Davis had an axle for me and a buddy lent me a pickup. No hard luck though towed by my motorhome. Trip will be 7710 miles when complete
