NTCA Member,

It is with great sadness that I inform you that Clay Wispell has passed
away.  He died Saturday July 5th just after 2AM at Arlington Memorial
Hospital (Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital) from congestive heart
failure.

The funeral service will take place on Wednesday, July 9th, at 3:00 PM at
Moore Funeral Home - North Chapel, 1219 N. Davis, Arlington TX 76012.  The
phone number is 817-275-2711.  A eulogy will be given by Harold Layher.
Following the eulogy, anyone else who would like to give a remembrance is
welcome.  A reception will follow at the same facility.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made in Clay's
name to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
