We all have dealt with the folks at Clark's. While they may not be perfect, they sure do whatever possible to make the customer happy. My latest order of engine parts included a "Homer moment," you know when you do something and nearly instantly go duh! I ordered block bolt nuts instead of the head nuts I wanted. I e-mailed them explaining my mistake and no problem getting it corrected. This may not be a big deal, but I appreciate their effort.
