<VV> Hydraulic Throwout bearing Question

My hydraulic question is: Has anyone converted to an Hydraulic Clutch using a 
hydraulic clutch release bearing (throwout bearing)??? I have been looking at 
that as the "best" way to do this ("best" is in the mind of the beholder!).
