California started the PCV requirement in 1962, so some 1962 Corvairs had  
it. All 1962 Corvairs delivered in California and all 1963-1969  Corvairs 
had it. I think the Fed requirement started in 1963, but mid-1962 is  when 
Chevy changed over for all production, I believe. - Seth
