think so.  If I chose to write a fictional story like this for VV there is 
no law against that.  Or is it fictional?

Funny.. whenever I've been to the DMV  and was told I needed another signature... I've always been able to walk out to the parking lot and "Believe it or not",  found that person, who signed it for me!  I then go back in and get in line!
