No, Cameo White is not the same color as Ermine White. Different PPG 
numbers.

http://www.autocolorlibrary.com/    has the answers for PPG codes.

I remember getting white paint for a '77 Opel. At least 8 tints went 
into the can, several of which were Black, Dark Green, Orange...
