<VV> 62-63 brake parts

Well, I didn't see that coming!  I guess I'd better take a good look at my
62-63 supplement.  This does make the problem easy to solve though!  I
thought some previous owner had left them off.  I'd been having some
strange brake noise and figured this was the cause.

This does explain why I can't find any in my brake parts box!
