<VV> sick 64 again

The resister wire is embedded into the engine wire harness that runs
along the frame member next to the battery. It comes from the wiring
connector, goes to the end of the harness at the left tail light wire,
then doubles back. If it is bad, (I watched mine smoke one day) wire in
a resister like the turbo models have. Or, if a Concours, replace the
harness!

I  am not getting fire to thepositive side of my coil to make the car
run all it is doing is turning over. I understand that there mite be
an inline resistor, but where, and also could the running side of my
ignition switch be bad........... HELP THIS OLD MAN..... THANX JIM
