Since about the only thing I entered this year at the convention was the model car competition, I naturally turned to that write-up first thing. Hence my earlier post.

But now that I have had a chance to look over the September CC, I see that my one mislabled model was the only slip I could see. Amazingly, there was not even one mention elsewhere in any of the competitions' listings of that rarest of all beasts, the nonexistant LM "sedan". All 4 door cars were labeled as such. Kudos to H&M! Beautiful job, guys! Now who was it that wrote up that model contest list? (G)

Incidentally, I want to point out that, IMHO, the model race car done by Barry Burkman, the second picture down the page, was a true masterpiece. It deserves to be on the front cover of the CC with an article on it. Fantastic work, Barry. Would sure like to meet you in person next year and talk with you.
