Well, I guess I can weigh in. I have a project that I have to get done
over this cold Minnesota winter. I need to finish installing the new
interior in my Sierra Tan 65 Corsa Turbo Convertible. After installing the new
interior, I need to put the sender unit in the new gas tank, put the new
brake shoes and drums on, and then put new push rod tubes in the engine that was
rebuilt some years ago without viton seals. Less than 500 miles on the
rebuild, but the wrong seals. Put on the new exhaust system and do a final
clean-up and then put the car up for sale in the spring. Don't have time
to drive it in the short northern seasons with the Corvette and the 69 Monza
convertible, so after years of restoring the car, it needs to go to someone
who will use it and enjoy it. Then I can get the paint redone on the 69,
find the aggravating oil leak at the rear of the engine, and just enjoy
driving it. Good thing the garage has a good furnace.
