<VV> gas heater with AC (EM)?

This is not correct. The Gas Heater diffuser box and control are designed to mount under the dash in the space otherwise occupied by the radio box, whereas the factory A/C diffuser box and control require a radio box for mounting, so you will have a problem trying to install both in the same car. At the very least you will have to devise a new method to control both units and diffuse the air.
