Literally anything can be repaired -- it may not be cost effective in 
today's world, but is driving 50 year old cars designed to be cost 
effective?

Back in the 80's, GM had some "low drag" disc brakes that used a stepped 
master cylnider to make up the extra volume they required -- maybe some 
of the calipers involved are of this design?  Or maybe you need one of 
these special master cylinders?
