<VV> Dealer installed AC

I saw what I can only guess was a dealer installed AC car. It was a 65 110/PG. I had the ball vents but no center vent. The lines were also hose and no metal lines. One of the hoses entered the engine compartment via the drain holes in the air inlet. All of the parts were stock. The owner claimed it was original and not an owner modification. What do you think?
