Awhile back,
A friend used his T-Bird to bring out Aretha Franklin onto a baseball Field
in Buffalo.
Sure enough, it cost him his back seat from high heel puncture.

He was not a happy camper.

If someone is going to sit up in back, make them take off their shoes.

Second.  How do I protect my top when I have two or  three people sitting 
on the back of the cover?
