<VV> Window Crank Positions

Does anyone know the correct position for the window crank handles (65 
vert)?  Either full up or full down?

Right now, with all windows down, the fronts are roughly mid-way between 7 
and 8 o'clock.  The rears - one is at 12 and the other is at 10.  Is there a 
factory spec on this?
