<VV> Convention 2014 & Alaska Cruise

To all 2014 National Corvair Convention goers in Tacoma, WA from July 21st through July 25th, 2014:  

We have booked a Carnival Cruise to Alaska from July 15th, 2014 through July 22nd, 2014.  That brings us to the National Corvair Convention on Tuesday morning the 22nd of July instead of Monday, July 21st. When we arrive back to Seattle after our cruise, we will be taking the shuttle back to the airport and from the airport we will be taking the shuttle to the Convention hotel.  

If any Ultravan or Corvair Lover would like to take the Alaskan cruise with us, please go to Carnival.com and put in your "Advanced Search"  for the date of July 15, 2014 through July 22, 2014, an embarkation point of Seattle, WA and for the ship "Carnival Miracle."   You must put so much down, but will have ample time to pay for your cruise a little at a time.  With a price guarantee and signing up for sales notices from Carnival, you can check periodically with Carnival to see if the sale applies to your cruise.  So far Ed and I have saved $40 and got an upgrade to the next level by taking advantage of one of the sales.  Carnival usually gives you this credit by on board credit and of the credit is not used by the end of your cruise they give you a check for the balance to take home with you.  You will need to make your own arrangements for airline tickets or parking.  Don't forget to make reservations at the Host Hotel as well.
