UPDATE:

As soon as I sent the other email, I tried again, still putting the part 
number into the estore search. This time, it came up with the quantity 
box and cart button. So I added 4 tires to my cart, went to the cart, 
ooh, this could be great....





Aaaahhhhhhh!!!!!

The red writing said "OUT OF STOCK"

Great, now what? Back to square one...
