<VV> PG upshift flare - vac modulator?

The band adjustment is sticking out of the top of the PG.
Can't remember if the powertrain needs to be lowered slightly for access,
but I don't think so (the mind is slowly going...).

Thanks Don - follow up question - can the adjustment be done in the car?
The shop manual says to lower the transmission, but they don't say how much
or what else might need disconnecting.
