In addition to yellow, it seems to be a factory AC car, just missing the
compressor and condenser on the engine, but retains the coil mounting,
compressor brackets, oil filter adapter, missing spare tire braket of an AC
car, along with some hoses.

But what's up with the modified right rear wheel house? Look at it in the
engine picture.

Salvage title just means find out why. There are many salvage title
vehicles that are in great shape. Better shape than clear title vehicles!
