They aren't. They use silicone oil as the fluid, and this stuff has zip point zero film strength. A sure way to seize!

There are some "hot" (new and expensive) new metallic particle heat 
transfer agents you can purchase to help keep your computer's brains 
cool (also good for simple transistors, like in CD ignitions) -- wonder 
if they are any good as anti-seize?
