How about a pair of TWM throttle bodies - replacing IDA Weber 2-barrels -
non-progressive down draft models, with an EFI system to limit the
air-speed damage of opening all throttle bodies together? Both a throttle position
sensor and a mass airflow feed could be used. Hmmm. - Seth

Joe,
What you describe seems like taking a 4 barrel carb which has been
split into 2 halves and putting each half on one side of the 140.
However,
you might want to consider converting each 2GC to a PROGRESSIVE operation
like Ray Sedman is offering on the sidedraft Weber carbs for a turbo
Corvair.
