This device may have a HUGE market with boaters and truckers ,  especially 
if diesel powered.
A lot of samples are sent off for testing for bucks from users who have  
large capacity motors.
A touch more accurate the "oil life monitor" on my dash.. This type  
analysis may also give a heads up on internal wear problems on high mileage /  
hours motors. 
Boating  and Farming magazines have many ads for such  labs.
