And these sort of fans generate so little static pressure, they'll have very little effect. Also, no computer fan I know of can withstand this kind of heat.

the fan reflected off the engine surface and back up. My question would small
fans (3 to 4 inch computer type fans) fitted in rectangular frames added inside
the bottom shrouds near the shroud's exhaust doors (aimed out), create a vacuum
and aid drawing more air from the top fan through/around the engine.

No, what you need is a blower which is what they originally have. A fan doesn't
provide near enough pressure to get enough air through the engine.
