There are industrial sprag clutches built into a pair of ball bearings. Not sure who makes them, but a search should turn them up.

Some of the Nissan vehicles have one way clutches in the belt tensioner pulley,
and in the alternator pulley. They're there to prevent the serpentine belt from
being noisy.

Also, in the 700R4 (AKA 4L60, 4L60E, 4L65E) the forward clutch assembly has the
inner and outer race as well as an actual sprag, as opposed a one way roller
clutch. I think you can get the whole thing for under $150. It has a set of
splines inside the center that engage a small planetary gear, and two sets of
outer drive splines for clutches.

Here is the used assembly, less sprag: http://www.bulkpart.com/2/product/4L60-700R4sprag/AR74648B.html

Here is the upgraded new sprag: http://www.bulkpart.com/2/product/4L60-700R4sprag/A74658B.html
