<VV> 63 rear emblem

Hi John - No no no no no NO.  This persistent idea that GM used earlier 
parts on the newer years is wrong, especially where appearance items are 
concerned. If you saw 64 rear deck lids on 63's they were converted over 
the (past half century?) by their owners.
