hi, this sounds pretty expensive to me - a complete managed server with traffic flat rate in Germany cost about 75,00 USD/month, 
no spam, virus protected, multi domain, automatic back up, 2 x 1 TB hard disk.

I does not matter where the server is, they are all the same :-)
