You want make and model?  Do your own research at the local lawn & 
garden spot.  Murray, John Deere, etc,  and they are turning not only 
steel mower blades with this mechanism, but typically the entire cutting 
deck and that pulley & belt system, all off a centrifugal clutch off the 
front of the engine -- generally on the lower cost units.
