FYI, if you want a small but killer flashlight, this is what I have:
http://www.shiningbeam.com/servlet/the-263/P-dsh-Rocket-II-XM-dsh-L-930-pls-/Detail
It uses rechargeable Li-ion batteries, and puts out 930 lumens on high, and will run about a day on low, and 4-5 hours on medium.
I use mine all the time for bunker spelunking!

Janet and I were prepared. We brought along our big rechargeable battery
powered light we normally keep by the bedside at home for power outages. It
has an LED array area light on the side and a conventional filament spot
light on the front. Also I always carry my small but powerful multiple array
LED flash light in my brief case. Plenty of light in dark hallways or under
cars. In my truck I have a two cell Maglite which can double as a
bludgeoning instrument if needed! My race tool box contains another small
but powerful LED flashlight. We were not in the dark. I believe in the scout
motto: Be Prepared.
Hysterically Yours,
Rick "The Enlightened" Norris

All: Haven't you folks ever thought of having a flashlite w/a set of extra
batteries in your suit case and another one in your car? It sometimes gets
dark at inconveniant times and situations.
Add them to your must take list.
Why would you think a business would have more equipment - like a portable
generator - when it is not required by law?
Historically Yours,
James Rice
