Can anyone from the Convention group help them out with their room rate as they come a long way?

I agree with Guy, Carl deserves a break here. The hotel's website says there are standard rooms left at the hotel, just not at the CORSA rate. If contractually we cannot expand the block of rooms, are there any complimentary rooms not being used?   After the mix up at the Cedar Rapids Banquet we owe Carl.Gary Moore
