<VV> tire/wheel on LM Coupe

Seeking  advice on what is believed to be the "optimum" tire size to use on 
a LM coupe  that sees a bit of weekend drives; is a 14 inch or 15 inch? Any 
clearance  issues?

My current recommendation for a good looking and well performing street car 
 set up is a 15" x 7" wheel - with about a 4 to 4.5" back space and an M&S  
rated tire in the 205/55 -15 tire size. Good combination of performance and 
 durability. And you can rotate them around.
