**** After I slam the door shut, it stays shut, and doesn't happen again
until the car has been stopped and the door opened manually. It's
actually a fairly rare occurrence.

**** I suspect the incident yesterday morning in the parking lot
happened because I let the driver door close itself rather than giving
it a tug. In other words, it never really got securely closed.
