Get a paper clip.

Insert key and turn left or CCW to Acc position (Earlies that would be 
Lock).

Insert paper clip into small hole.

Continue to rotate key CCW.

Lock cylinder should come out of assembly.

Unscrew lock ring (aka switch nut).

Remove switch assembly from behind dash.

Use screwdriver to manipulate clips holding switch to lock housing.

Reverse to install.
