<VV> my 13" tires explained

The deal here was Price ($54.90 ) and for a TOP line tire.  size was  
"close enough for who it is for".
This should be a nice fun car with the powertrain I made for it. 
I am making it for driving anywhere. new 110hp ( 260 cam )  motor ,  3:27 
differential , powerglide. so small tires will only cause me to revisit the  
speedo calibration on the Spyder dash . I think it should be a good 
combination  for cruising. These tires have that heavy duty look / feel to them when 
picked  up.
