Sadly no!  The Mod to make your wipers faster??


1  Clean and lube all  pieces...


2  Bring your   Battery PLUS from the Horn Relay's feed.... so hopefully you get a full 14 vdc when the engine is running, and of course add a relay to control it...






 To make an intermittent on the cheap... buy a 528T  pulse relay spdt     http://www.ebay.com/itm/360572189225


but then you only can have the 0-60 second sweep  on the HIGH  speed..... that's the speed that only takes one wire grounded...


And you'll have to make an adjustment knob  or carry a screwdriver!! ggg


  The Commercial unit is well worth the $$$
