<VV> Emblem paint and wiper arms

To close the loop, the color (for our '62 emblems) appears to be (surprise) 1962 Danube Blue.  That color isn't available in a touch up through DupliColor, but Ford's '92 - '02 Royal Blue looks pretty close if the chip charts I found online are close to accurate.  I'll try that and see how it turns out.
